the property you are interested in buying.
2. Sales price and/or location is never a problem, whether Inner City or
outside the Twin Cities Urban communities.
3. We are members of the Greater Minneapolis Area Board of REALTORS.
Are listings are shown and sold by other real estate firms throughout
the communities. We also represent buyers in viewing all firms listings.
4. We are very creative with representing buyers and sellers with very
special needs and very special financial problems: estate sales, divorce
circumstances, foreclosures, fire casualties, and Etc.
5. We are successful in assisting buyer and sellers in securing special
financing for sellers and first time buyers. $0 Down and Low $Down
is our specialty. We work closely with first time buyers counseling clients.
6. If you see an open house or talk with another agent, feel free to indicate
that you chose to have our firm to represent you as your buyer agent.
